Product works perfectly, sadly the pre purchase advice on the phone not so. Don’t assume that a firm specialising in air suspension has specialist knowledge about air suspension! For reference, this valve only determines which side is discharged for lowering, there is a discharge valve in the compressor that prevents lowering altogether if it is stuck shut...

This is the 2nd suspension bag I've purchased from Aerosus and so far so good. One thing that is superb is the speed of delivery. I needed one of these urgently and used their 'next day delivery' service. The item arrived next day, which meant the car was repaired and back on the road within 1 day - quicker than if my local garage sourced the same part through their network.
